Guidelines

A positive and inclusive environment helps us all learn and grow together.

These guidelines establish clear expectations for behavior and contribution in a respectful and supportive community. By joining, you agree to these guidelines, ensuring a respectful, enriching, and supportive environment for all members.

If you give more than you take, we will all come away better off.

Respect and Inclusivity

  • Treat all members with respect, kindness, and empathy – regardless of opinion.
  • Embrace diversity and ensure an inclusive environment for everyone – regardless of background, identity, perspective, and lived experience.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of other members and the confidentiality of shared materials and information within the community.
  • As a best practice online, avoid sharing sensitive security details (e.g., addresses and names of family members).

Collaboration and Constructive Engagement 

  • Foster a community of collaboration and teamwork by ensuring all communication is constructive and positive.
  • Encourage every member to share ideas and feedback openly, and offer feedback and advice in a supportive, non-judgmental manner.
  • Encourage and uplift fellow members in their leadership journey.

Focus on Leadership Development

  • Keep discussions and contributions focused on leadership topics, personal growth, and professional development.
  • Avoid straying into unrelated or controversial topics that may distract from the community’s purpose. 

Participation

  • Your participation in the community is encouraged to foster a dynamic and active community, but never mandatory.
  • Share only the experiences, insights, and resources that are beneficial to the group.

Avoid Promotion or Sales

  • Promotion of your own business services or interests is discouraged.
  • Sending or sharing advertising or promotional material is prohibited.

No Discrimination, Bullying, or Harassment  

  • Personal attacks, discriminatory remarks, or harassment are strictly prohibited.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
  • Bullying or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • If in any doubt, you’re urged to report any incident to group administrators.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials shared by Evolv3 Consulting with the community are protected by copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
  • Access to resources is provided only to members and only with an active subscription.
  • When sharing examples or materials with other members, ensure proper attribution is provided.

Feedback

  • Provide suggestions openly for community improvement.
  • If you find or suspect any violations of these community guidelines, you’re urged to write to the group administrators at [email protected].
  • Evolv3 Consulting reserves the right to regularly review and update guidelines.

 

Enforcement and Moderation

  • Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the group, depending on severity without refund.
  • Group administrators reserve the right to moderate content and enforce guidelines including removing any member or content in violation.
